At last Monday's DevoWorm Group meeting, I gave a short lecture on ways to interpret multidimensional data using PCA, tSNE, and UMAP. Here are the slides (below) and the YouTube link. The focus here is on Developmental Molecular Biology, but are generally useful, particularly for comparing methods.
