Evolutionary Systems Biology Course

These are the slides from my Evolutionary Systems Biology course. This was taught in three parts as a module in the Quantitative Biology program at Michigan State University.

The course was originally designed as an introduction to evolutionary thinking and major concepts in evolutionary biology for advanced graduate (PhD) students in the quantitative fields (e.g. Physics, Statistics, Engineering). Thus, the topics and organization are somewhat different from what is offered in a typical course on Evolutionary Biology.
